Payment and cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend an appointment and wish to cancel, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to comply may result in 100% treatment fee charge. Refunds are not provided for changes of mind or other reasons. However, as we prioritize your satisfaction as a valued client, we may offer an alternative treatment if available. Please carefully review all appointment confirmations.
Regarding vouchers, gift cards, and credits, they remain valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
For laser hair removal appointments, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is necessary for cancellations. Cancelling a pre-paid appointment within this timeframe or failing to attend will result in forfeiting the treatment, with potential additional charges of either full or half.
